Don and his Wife were extremely helpful. This was our first experience with Wills in North Carolina. Don covered everything from the Will, to Probate and everything in between. My Husband and I did not have any qualms at all. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He even answered the phone when we called! Recently upon the death of my wife, I had the need of a Will and Estates attorney in the Hickory, NC area. I compiled a list of about seven names and phone numbers and I began to call. Of the seven numbers, I got voice mail on six of them and one who answered. The one who answered was the office of Donald R. Fuller, Jr. How very fortunate I was. A meeting was setup two days later. When I met with Mr. Fuller I was impressed from the very beginning. First, he was empathetic about the loss that I had just suffered and came across very genuine. Second, he explained things very clearly and not in a condescending fashion as I had seen in some lawyers over my seventy-three years. In two hours I left his office with four instruments: will, power of attorney, health care power of attorney and advance directive. All of which for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Mr. Fuller for your estate needs.

My husband and I contacted Mr. Fuller about doing a will for us, he saw us the following day, went over all of our questions, had a draft for us the next day, and after reviewing his draft, he made the changes we asked for, our will was completed the following day. He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person. Would highly recommend.
