Hired Attorney John G. Kelso

Incredibly inconsistent in providing a timely response, and at times totally non-responsive to emails and phone calls for weeks or months. Responded with sarcasm or blanket excuses when confronted with difficulties in working relationship regarding response times and prioritization of responsibilities to clients. Paid lot of money to review documents, and eventually had to find legal assistance elsewhere. Not what a potentially high paying client would expect from a high caliber law firm...

Hired Law Firm

Working with the attorney, I found communication very slow and sometimes not at all. After ligation with magistrate a settlement date was established. After the date has passed,I had to contact her with no resolution but more money was required. We all make mistakes, don’t let this be yours. Still waiting for my case to be resolved.

FILED COMPLAINT Against Michael M. Thompson WITH THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE OF NORTH CAROLINA STATE BAR: MARCH 29, 2022... BEWARE of this rude, nasty, insensitive lawyer...i did not recieve my real estate proceeds check or any other form of payment of proceeds of the $24,465.21 from the real estate closing he handled for us...BEWARE!!!
