Response is terrible. After 8 months still no divorce. Still no interaction with spouse's attorney. Forgot to show up for court date. Judge had to call him and he was not prepared. Kept judge on hold for 15 minutes during court while he looked for his case file. Arrogant and hateful attitude. Does not communicate. Neither does his staff. Steer clear of this awful so-called attorney.
I hired Paul to handle my Divorce in 2017. I had to fire him because he conspired with others to steal property from a Texas Trust my mother created and now I have an erroneous fraudulent Decree he crafted with the Judge who in 2007 was the Lawyer of the Bank made loan requirements of an existing structure and now trying to cover up his Predatory Lending practices with a prematated conspiracy to commit fraud and has sold real property and taken money into his Court which call extortion. The Judge, Relestate Agent, Title Company and Paul Nelson, Attorney at Law are some of the most unethical people I've ever known. Simply put, he's a back stabbing County Court at Law Administrative Assistant with a Law license who should be disbarred along with the Judge and Lawyer of the Title Company. Karma is, the Realestate Agent/ Receiver screwed himself.
This attorney needs to do one of the two, retire, or hire new staff
