Christian Gabroy, Esquire, has been handling a wide range of civil litigation including auto accidents and premises liability injuries, employment law in state and federal court, contract and business litigation and formation since 2003. Mr. Gabroy formerly practiced law with a fast-moving and a hard-hitting Chicago firm. Christian has significant litigation experience in auto accidents, personal injury cases, medical malpractice, and, employment rights, to name but a few disciplines.

Hired Attorney Christian Gabroy

Christian Gabroy came highly recommended by several friends who are attorneys, but didn't practice employment law. After my initial consultation, and upon meeting the team at Gabroy Law Office, I got the sense that they really did care about helping me, they showed compassion and provided me with great options and advice, it wasn't just about them getting paid. I had the pleasure of working with the whole team in the office and everyone was sincere and easy to work with. I felt very confident in my decision to hire Christian and his team...especially because I won! I never want to have to go through a situation like this again, but if I do, I'd easily call Gabroy to help me again!

I was referred to Mr. Gabroy for a non-compete issue. Our initial consultation left me speechless! He spent twice the amount of time allotted to review my case, explain the law and provide reassurance and excellent legal advice for me to move forward. When I hung up, I was beyond grateful for the time that he spent and so relieved at what I was potentially up against. From the very first conversation with Christian, to the very end when he won my case, I was incredibly impressed by him and his entire team. Christian's compassionate, yet direct and tremendously knowledgeable approach set my mind at ease and allowed me to forge ahead knowing he and his team were working hard on my case. The irony of my circumstances is such that even if he had not done the fantastic job he did of winning my case, I still would have the most profound respect for him and his team. Mr. Gabroy is an excellent lawyer and a great person. He listens well and explained things in plain English. He told me to contact the National Labor Relations Board, a government agency. They helped me get a $12,000 settlement for "illegal termination" and the NLRB investigation did not cost me a penny. I was entitled to back pay, interest, and "forward pay".

Having been terminated from my employer, I turned to Christian for legal counsel for wrongful termination. Christian took the time to listen to me & believed in me. He was completely honest in his guidance (wasn't just opting to take my case for the money) & in the end aided me through an unemployment appeal (to which I was highly satisfied with the outcome). Great advice, excellent counsel, genuine, honest, & extremely prompt at personally responding back to his clients. HIGHLY recommend!
