We had David look at our trust papers, which were completed by a different lawyer, and he pointed out the mistakes that would have been devastating. The original lawyer never had us think about if we had grandkids. If David did not change our Living Trust our money would have skipped our own grandkids and would disburse to our nephews and nieces.
