We had a trust by another firm for many years. Then we heard of the Bindrup Law Firm and wanted another opinion. We made an appointment with David and he looked over our Trust and there were many issues that should have been updated. He was terrific and suggested we make some changes. He updated it to the new laws and things we wanted changed. We were very pleased with the professional service he offered and were very pleased with the new Trust. When I had questions after my husband passed I made an appointment with Katie and she assured me everything was fine. So very pleased with these knowledgeable and trustworthy Lawyers.

We had David look at our trust papers, which were completed by a different lawyer, and he pointed out the mistakes that would have been devastating. The original lawyer never had us think about if we had grandkids. If David did not change our Living Trust our money would have skipped our own grandkids and would disburse to our nephews and nieces. I am very grateful that David gave us a complementary look at our existing Living trust. We hired him to redo our trust. I highly recommend David and his staff.

We needed to get wills and or estate planning done after relocating to Nevada. We got a reconmendation from a freind and visited with Katie Brindup. Katie understood what we wanted to accomplish and explained what could be done along with options that woud fit our needs. The paperwork was done and presented in a timely manner.
