Pinks, Lipshie, White & Nemeth was established by Steven G. Pinks in April, 1969, when he opened an office in Melville, New York. From its inception, the office specialized in commercial litigation, creditor's rights and bankruptcy law.
The firm relocated to Hauppauge, New York in 1986. Pinks, Lipshie, White & Nemeth has continued to expand; the firm presently consists of four partners, one associate and an attorney acting of counsel, along with competent and experienced staff, including two paralegals.
The office continues to practice intensively in the fields of commercial litigation, creditor's rights and all aspects of real estate.
