Litigation practice includes plaintiffs’ and defendants’ representation in commercial claims, including heavy volume of commercial collections. Heinz & Co., M & T Bank, Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation, Quest Diagnostic Inc., Santander Consumer USA, Inc., TD Auto Finance, Toyota Financial Services, United States Olympic Committee, Weight Watchers International and Xerox Corporation. In addition, we have represented many law firms and professional groups throughout the City of New York and outer counties.
