Advertised as specializing in real estate law. Simple errors in splitting/taxation of a property has led to a real tax headache for me.

Hired Law Firm

Drags out the paperwork for years, a simple probate that was almost complete before he messed everything up. Going on 3 years now and it’s such a dragged out mess, had to get Attorney Greivence Committee involved to have him kick it in the butt and do something. He changed his fees without any notice, and had false billings included. Still trying to straighten out this mess, costing the family $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
