About Jason Michael Weinstock

Jason M. Weinstock is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies. He received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1993. He focuses his practice in Workers’ Compensation, Union Side Labor Law, and Employee Rights.

He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for his representation of injured workers in the field of Workers’ Compensation. He was listed as a Rising Star in the Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” Philadelphia Magazine. In 2014, he was named in Best Lawyers in America as Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimant’s Lawyer of the Year in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Middle District Court.

He is Certified as a Specialist in the Practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

He is a Past President of the Dauphin County Workers’ Compensation Section. He regularly speaks before Labor organizations on labor issues and has led multiple Continuing Legal Education Programs on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation.

I went to Jason 5 years ago for a worker’s compensation issue. The insurance company had stopped paying for my meds and appointments. Within a week everything was taken care of. He’s always available and East to work with. Last month he fit me a settlement that was much more than I ever thought I’d be able to receive. I would recommend Jason to anyone that was in my position. He’s the best.

Working with Jason M. Weinstock was really great. He has a very unbiased opinion and allows you to make your own decisions after informing you of all the pros and cons. I was able to contact him whenever I had a question and he made me feel extremely confident in all my choices . His office staff was wonderful when I called in and he always returned calls promptly and made a very difficult time in my life so much easier! Would certainly recommend him ! He is the best!

Hands Down. Jason M. Weinstock is THE BEST choice for a Workers Compensation Attorney in Central PA. I shopped these reviews prior to selecting him, A-Z, & it ended at the "W's." I have not, for one instance, regretted my fine choice! He is a class act, prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Answered ALL my stupid questions about the PA/WC system. If your reading this & shopping for a WC attorney? Stop right here! Got me the max $ amount for my work related back injury/surgery.
