We limit our practice to injury law in order to best serve our clients. The focus of our practice is on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, such as brain damage, amputations, nerve damage or death, due to someone else's wrongful conduct, whether such conduct arose in the context of medical malpractice or professional malpractice, an unsafe construction site, a defective product, dangerous premises, an auto accident, a tractor-trailer accident, a motorcycle accident ... or any of the countless other ways in which people are injured through no fault of their own.

I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian, and I was referred to Ted by a friend. Ted and his team were kind, sympathetic, and knew far more about the difficulties the accident was going to cause me than I did. They explained time frames and legal procedures clearly and made sure I could focus on healing while they handled everything else. Highly recommend having Ted and his team in your corner.

My lawyer, Ted Kennett, and his paralegals Anya and Emily went above and beyond to help me obtain compensation for an accident in which I was the pedestrian. They responded within the day with any questions I had, usually within an hour or so, and explained the procedures thoroughly so I could understand the process. Anya even attended testing that the other insurance wanted me to have done which helped immensely with the stress of such an experience. At the end, we received more compensation than we assumed I would be awarded and I am grateful to Ted and his team for his support, expertise and consistency with my case.
