Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I am very grateful to Marc and his team for helping me through one of the most difficult moments in my life. Due to unexpected financial changes, I found myself in a situation I couldn’t manage on my own, and it was very overwhelming. From the very first consultation, Marc was professional, compassionate, and non-judgmental. He took the time to listen, clearly explained my options, and gave me a sense of hope during a very stressful time. Throughout the entire process, he and his team were responsive, supportive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get a fresh start and relieve a huge financial burden. I highly recommend Marc to anyone going through financial difficulties. He truly cares about his clients and their future.
I am very thankful to have come across Mr. Alster. When I looked up his practice online in a google search of local bankruptcy attorneys, I was not in a good situation. While my previous attorney successfully completed my bankruptcy filing, he outright refused to secure a reaffirmation agreement on a vehicle that is my livelihood. Without Mr. Alster’s help I would not be able to support myself. Not only did he solve my issue, given his extensive knowledge he managed to negotiate a very favorable agreement directly with the bank, without me even having to sign the reaffirmation I was initially seeking, without even having to reopen the case. His work exceeded my expectations and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of representation. I want to say “thank you”, directly to you here Mr. Alster, for helping me in my time of need. I cannot say it enough.
Marc is a consummate professional. He is highly intelligent and aware of all the intricacies of bankruptcy law, navigating each case with unique understanding. His best quality is the ease in which he communicates. Thanks to Marc Alster, I have a new lease on life without constant anxiety. Dealing with lawyers is never fun, but if you have to, this is the man you want in your corner. Thanks Alster!
Marc Alster provided me with exceptional service in filing bankruptcy. He was very understanding of my situation, the bankruptcy process was thoroughly explained, and all my questions and concerns were answered. I highly recommend his professional advisement and services.
I first heard about Marc's service through a friend. I really was not certain on how to go about the process of filing for bankruptcy but he made it so simple. He was relaxed, easy going and very friendly; I felt as if I had known him for years. He made my wife and I feel comfortable from the beginning, and his staff were very professional and courteous. What a wonderful experience and a life changing event. I feel as if I am a new man now ready to restart a life that was in ruins.Thank you!
very responsive - He worked out my foreclosure with a forbearance agreement
which i am very satisfied.
"Thanks to Marc Alster and his staff I have gotten a second chance. I received a letter from Marc's office to come in for a free consultation; although I had consulted with 2 other "bankruptcy attorneys" who said I would not qualify for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Marc assured me that although I was close I was well within the limits for a Chapter 7. He was very supportive and understanding and his knowledge process helped calm my many fears. Today, a couple of months later I am debt free. God Bless
Marc has not only taken care of my bankruptcy problem but went above and beyond to help me with another matter that I needed legal guidance and assistance on. He is compassionate, caring and easy to talk to. He has taken such a weight of worry off my shoulders and helped me to get a fresh start.
Can seem distracted, perhaps needs additional office staff to handle his caseload.
He does not have good communication skills at all. He was late to court and the judge was very mad about it. It seemed as though this was a regular thing for him. The only thing good I can say is that he was not very expensive.
