Our firm and predecessor firms have been operating continuously since 1930 within the same family, with an exemplary unblemished reputation in the state of New Jersey

I am a practicing attorney for the past 30 years in New Jersey and have handled a wide array of family law matters ranging from divorce, custody of children, support, alimony, and equitable distribution issues. I also have significant experience in international legal matters including matters that involve family divorce, custody, and child support. I also have significant experience in evolving international legal issues. Professionally I have received numerous awards and citations including but not limited to National Association of Distinguished Counsel 2015-Nation top 1% Attorney, top attorney of North America from Who's Who directories 2017 and American family law Association 10 best attorneys in providing exceptional and outstanding client service. I trusted JOHN DANIELS to do the right thing! First and foremost, I needed to constantly reach out to John as he is not one to reach out to you in a timely manner. I was expecting a full cash settlement not short of my amount. I was a bit confused on this procedure “the check needs to hit his trust account so he can pay me my own settlement once it clears his account ”. I had full settlement amounts sent to me directly in its entirety by other lawyers that handled my case in the past. This is the first time and last time someone will CON Me like John did! I NEVER AGREED for him to take anything out of my settlement amount as a form of payment. I trusted him to be honest with me not to betray me, a newly divorced single mother. I don’t know what he’s deducing from this settlement to claim as his own? I don’t even know how many hours he is claiming to have spent on my case which it wasn’t much time. He already received $17k on my case now he wants more. He’s a thief and a fraud!
