I trusted JOHN DANIELS to do the right thing! First and foremost, I needed to constantly reach out to John as he is not one to reach out to you in a timely manner. I was expecting a full cash settlement not short of my amount. I was a bit confused on this procedure “the check needs to hit his trust account so he can pay me my own settlement once it clears his account ”. I had full settlement amounts sent to me directly in its entirety by other lawyers that handled my case in the past. This is the first time and last time someone will CON Me like John did! I NEVER AGREED for him to take anything out of my settlement amount as a form of payment. I trusted him to be honest with me not to betray me, a newly divorced single mother. I don’t know what he’s deducing from this settlement to claim as his own? I don’t even know how many hours he is claiming to have spent on my case which it wasn’t much time. He already received $17k on my case now he wants more. He’s a thief and a fraud!
