Mr. Bowden handled my workers' compensation case through trial and won big. He then filed a bad-faith case on the way my workers' compensation claim was wrongfully handled by the insurance company. I didn't even know I had that claim before he told me. I highly recommend Mr. Bowden. He took it to the other side at trial.

He has been on our case for over 6 years with no resolved results. He gets mad when we call him and ask him questions he has no answers for. And takes us calling him as much as 15 or 20 times over weeks time for him to get back in touch with us. I'm just wondering if he already settled and is keeping the money. Can a lawyer do that?
