Hired Attorney Leonard Higdon

Leonard helped me get through a high-conflict divorce where the other party and respective attorney were continually attempting to engage in conflict that would have quickly escalated the price and amount of time to reach agreements. Leonard was very proactive in de-escalating these conflicts, refused to engage, provided me fair and sound advice to do the same. As a result, what could have been a much more contentious divorce process went smoother than I expected.

Hired Attorney Leonard Higdon

Very disappointed in the way our case was handled. Leonard bent over backwards to please our opponent which was unethical. We spent a fortune and we are right back where we started. Leonard like to baffle with legalities that do not help your case. Find an attorney that is true and has your best interest.

Hired Attorney Leonard Higdon

He was a poor communicator and was frequently unable to convey the legal process in understandable terms. His work with us also lacked transparency, as we did not always understand what was happening or why. Leonard is well meaning enough but seemed to care more about listening to himself talk than making sure that we our needs as clients were met. Working through a stressful situation involving our granddaughter, the process only compounded our stress and disappointment.

Very disappointed in the handling of our case. Higdon bent over backwards to please our opponent and we paid for it. Overcharged and baffled us with legal scenarios that were totally unnecessary - did nothing to help our case just gouged us for money. We were better off before we hired him.

Hired Attorney Leonard Higdon

Many unnecessary strategies to keep the opponent happy. Works harder for the other side and you end up paying for things that you never asked for. Keeps you on the hook to pad his bill. Very unhappy with the way our case was handled. You are worse off then when you started your case. Look elsewhere for representation or you will be led down an expensive, unnecessary road.

Hired Law Firm

I have spent over $15,000 in legal fees (less than 4 months) with Leonard's firm and to this date, I do not know what I gain from his services, except that his pocket is heavier with my money. Leonard was not prepared and hardly provided legal advices that would help with my case. I'm not mad but disappointed since he was referred by another lawyer. I want to write my feedback, so others looking for a lawyer will not pick Leonard as their lawyer. It's very disappointing to see my hard earn money got to waste to his firm. I would not even call it a law firm but a firm to scam people's money. Please make sure to review thoroughly before making a decision on hiring a lawyer. I would recommend talking to lawyers in a firm, with more than one lawyer. You will waste your money if you hire Leonard as your lawyer.
