Hired Attorney Mr. Richard B. Huttner

I am the parent of the individual Mr. Huttner represented. he did an outstanding job and never having dealt with the criminal courts in anyway, Mr. Huttner was very good at communicating processes and procedures to both myself and my son. My son's original charge was a felony assault that Mr. Huttner was able to reduce to a misdemeanor with less than 30 days work release. I would highly recommend Mr. Huttners services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, well informed attorney

Hired Law Firm

I was arrested, charged with 1st degree assault in Denver and facing 10 to 32 years in prison. I didn't have any good witnesses of the incident and i did a lot of things wrong after it happened. This was a case of self defense but without good witness testimony it looked bad for me. Because of Richards presentation at sentencing, I was allowed to walk out of the courtroom with a suspended sentence and probation. Mr Huttner gave me and my family a second chance and I cannot express enough thanks.

I went before the judge again due to P.O. said I violated probation, and Richard got my case close and terminated probation due to the domestic violence... Richard has also been used in the family for DUI'S, DWAI'S and more.{para}Richard is the best lawyer I have ever had
