Thank you Richard for seeing this through to the end, and having the expertise to know my best options available. I was facing 11 months in jail, court fees, probation, alcohol classes, and the loss of my license. I appealed to the district court (won); the people (DA) appealed to the Supreme Court (lost). My conviction was set aside and I was given the opportunity to have a new trial. Richard went to bat for me and was able to get all charges dismissed except for obstruction. I pled guilty to obstruction; no jail, no probation, just a $50 fine.

Just before leaving for college, my daughter was involved in an auto accident. She was charged with a misdemeanor which she did not need on her record just starting out in college. Mr. Huttner was able to have this dropped to a traffic violation, and in return she had to do double the community service that was originally proposed. This was a much better "punishment" all around for my daughter, and she learned more from the experience (besides being much more careful as a driver).

Mr. Huttner took the time to help both of my kids with traffic violations. He was able to get their fines and points reduced without extensive court time. In doing so, we were able to insure our kids without a significant increase is cost. He was kind enough to recognize that while it seems like a minor issue, it was important to us. Our son was falsely accused of aggravated robbery. In the probable cause for arrest documents, the police modified the witness descriptions to substantially broaden those who could match the descriptions. This could happen to you, too.
We contacted several law firms, and selected Richard B. Huttner, 8400 E. Crescent Parkway, #600 Englewood, CO 80111 303-595-4342 to defend him. We were very pleased with his skills and responsiveness. The charges were dismissed.
