Mr. Tesei is tough to get a hold of but he is the best at planning and zoning issues in Greenwich, CT. He helped me out with a critical zoning issue in 2003. This effectiveness translated into lower cost, faster resolution and higher satisfaction with the outcome.
Mr Tusa charges very high fee while very irresponsible. Before he accepted the case, he act very nicely. But after he got paid, he doesn't pick up the phone call or reply my emails. Avoid at all your cost.
