I am stuck with this attorney because of my employer. My employer did not allow me to work with other attorney. She works for Ogletree and they have hired bunch of so called paralegals who don't know anything about immigration. I am sure they have not ever seen 485 forms in past and first time dealing with these forms. My main frustration is they don't respond to emails even after emailing multiple times. There is no insight to the process once you pay them. it is very frustrating working with them. It is better to go with small firm who can take care of filing on time. I have never been that much stressed in my life than last 2 weeks. Avoid this lawyer at any cost. Super expensive and no workmanship.

For the record, I am a recipient of immigration services as part of my company and indirectly a private individual receiving services for my wife's immigration matters.{para}I would not recommend Ogletree to anybody. The responsiveness and continuity of services is very very bad and disappointing. I wish my company addresses this issue directly with them. For various stages of my immigration processing I have seen about 6 paralegals and 4 lawyers handle my case. Customer service is very bad.
