Kellum Law Firm is conveniently located in Eastern North Carolina and practices in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, defective products, Social Security disability, and wrongful death cases. In recent years we have grown from one office to nine with attorneys and staff to cover the entire region. Many of our cases are referred to us by prior and existing clients, their friends, and relatives.

Once you become a client of our firm we will manage your case from beginning to end, with your best interest in mind. Your case will be assigned to an experienced attorney who will personally handle your file. Our staff is dedicated to keeping our clients informed as their cases progresses. Many personal injury cases settle shortly after treatment has been completed and medical records and bills have been submitted to the insurance company. However, if a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, our law firm's experienced trial attorneys are ready and willing to take your case to court if such action is in the best interest of the client. I can’t say enough good things about Jo High and Danni Vlasak! They’re not only sharp and on top of things but also really approachable and down-to-earth. From day one they made sure I understood what was happening with my case, taking the time to break down all the legal stuff in a way that actually made sense. I had such an amazing experience with Kellum Law Firm in the Grenville, NC office. The one downfall as trying to get a hold of the attorney at times. But Sarah, Angelica and Shelly were absolutely amazing. They were always there to answer any of my questions. Thank you so much. I doubted the need of lawyers until I had an incident. I contacted a friend and ask whom he would recommend and within 30 minutes I had 3 suggestions for Kellum. They managed the bills. They helped me stay out of collections with wording on letters or phone calls to the bill collectors. They calmed me down on the most frustrating of days. My son needed an attorney too. He did not sign with Kellum. He is still waiting and working on his case. I highly recommend them. The result was life changing. Thank you.
