Communicated via email prior to the appointment and seemed to be easily accessible to clients. Spent the full hour with me and my daughter (she was the client) and provided excellent guidance that calmed my daughter's fears.
Has attempted to charge for service not requested nor received.
Their communication if very unprofessional on. Kore than one occasion, they do not keep proper documentation even when you have to work directly with them. Once account is closed they tell you they do not have any information. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Amazed, these despicable people attempted to foreclose on my property for $100. The also charged fees 5 times that to remove the lien.
You cannot get ahold of Mr Slaughter or his paralegal Rebekah Canter. They will not respond even with voicemails or emails after months on end. Do not recommend them because they will not even answer the phone to assist you.
Terrible customer service...please make sure they pay your homeowners insurance when you close on your house...they didn't pay mine and I have a big mess to deal with. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, NC BAR association and WRAL 5 on your side. (waiting a response).
I had a lien on my house in 2017 and I paid the lien to this law office. I am trying to sell and purchase a home. Currently my lender is asking for proof that the lien was released, due to there being no record of it that they are able to access. We have called your office multiple times- no response. I am in a time sensitive situation and this is so frustrating. This document should have been submitted for public record. It has been three days and I still have not had this issue resolved. Disappointing and very unprofessional. I have contacted WSOC News today to hopefully get assistance with this matter .
Negligent and irresponsible communication and counsel. Do not recommend hiring this attorney. She LAUGHED at me when I told her she failed to inform me that my dog had more rights in the prenup she was hired to review than I do. Look elsewhere for responsive legal representation.
Make up policy/rules as they go. They say they give you a chance to dispute but all they do is take your statement. No one looks into anything. They just want their money. They don’t go for what’s right. I do not recommend anyone dealing with them for HOA issues. Your home owners will trade you in for the unlawful way they act.
