Attorney Wellman has litigated cases in North Carolina District and Superior Courts, as well as the U.S. Middle District of North Carolina and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Wellman is an active member and former president of the Greensboro Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
