If I could give this father son duo a 0 star I would!! I can not believe they are still in business. I absolutely do not recommend this firm. What we were promised, we did not receive. They kept our entire $5,000 retainer and did absolutely nothing for us. The only receipt we’ve seen shows they used just $400 of that amount — yet they refuse to refund the rest. No real progress, no action, and no accountability and all of this after 9 months of begging them for answers! This was a simple child support modification that was never filed by the lawyer’s! They collect and poof, gone! If you’re considering hiring them — run. And if you’ve had a similar experience, report it to the Florida Bar. We are.

Warning! Buyer Beware! I have avoided posting a review on this firm for many months now, but because I was left dealing with my situation on my own, I feel that I need to say something. What should have been a quick and simple Alimony Modification, turned out to be a long dragged-out process failing to reach any resolution. At the beginning, they had no problem taking my money and every month I received their expense bills for services supposedly performed. Finally, being dissatisfied with their lack of service and commitment to my case and the fact they wanted more money, it was best to part ways. Coincidently and unfortunately for me, this was done right before my court date. I was then left to face my case on my own with non-favorable results. With anything in life, do your research. My experience with this firm has been a total waste of time and money. Never again.
