The Ramos Law Firm is different because we base our services on the experience of Dr. Joseph Ramos, a lawyer and an ER doctor. Dr. Ramos built this law firm with one goal in mind – to take good care of people. He combines his knowledge of law and medicine with a first class approach to service to make sure you and your family get the best care and that the insurance companies pay what's fair.

We believe we have a proven reputation for honesty, hard work, and fairness. We are proud to have a long list of happy clients that know we did all that we could to help them and their families. Thank you Nate! I appreciate everything that you did for me. This was a very trying time for me as I had never been involved in anything like this. The fact that you called me every other week too see how I was doing meant a lot to me. I chose Ramos Law because I felt your Law Firm could better work with the issues I had. I feel you put forth great effort too settle my case.

Hired Law Firm

My wife has Ramos Law as her representative. Her attorney doesn't return phone calls or emails. My wife last spoke to her attorney about a possible settlement a week before Christmas, and now, a month later, has yet to hear from him. I wouldn't recommend Ramos Law firm.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
