Zimney Foster P.C. is a law firm established in 1932 with an office in Grand Forks, ND. At this office location, there are 18 lawyers practicing agricultural law, banking law, business law and 25 other areas of law.
Brad will work very hard to avoid court. He will work to settle the matters and save you money. He prefers email contact when possible, as it is the cheapest for the individual. He is an incredible lawyer and a great asset to anyone that needs private council.

This was our first experience with a lawyer and did not realize there were charges for every email sent and to stop in to check on when we could get a response on our lease which was taking much longer than we expected. Now that we understand this process better next time the fees should be more reasonable.
Carol Johnson was the parent investigator for a child custody case for my family. She lied about the depth of her investigation, took what she was told by one parent and never researched that information for truthfulness. I could write a book about her incompetence, detailing how her incompetence perpetuated the suicidal ideation of a 10 year child and his physical abuse by the step-mother and neglect by both the step- mother and biological dad. As a social worker, I have seen a lot but her incompetence is mind blowing!
Carol is either getting taken by Alzheimer’s or old age. She filed a report and excluded extremely important information, had wrong names, and lied.
