D.Klingebiel...what a disaster!...what a fatality! This guy, yes guy,because he is not even a fraction of being an attorney.Was referred by mistake and I figured out when was too late; I was patient and respectful for the title that apparently he already had and that cost me good amount of resources. If I have to go back,and if he will offer his services for free, or even pay me to have him as an attorney, I will say PASS:NO communication,NO manners of interaction,NO knowledges,NO sense to represent you. When I got the chance to meet him in person,even his body language betrayed him. Huge delay on processing the paperwork combined with a huge lack of communication he is just a catastrophic “attorney”. For you and your loved ones sanity, in order to avoid any real emotional roller coaster just stay away from his door. It’s so simple! Ohh!And attention!!!When you are reading your documents,he is pressuring you to sign,looks into your eyes and asks:”You don’t trust your attorney?!”
This attorney cost me my children forever by ignoring all requests I had and refusing to proceed to trial as I requested because I did not have a second retainer to give him. He made me sign an agreement under duress that was everything I said I would not agree to. I have not seen my children since and probably never will again because of his poor representation.
