My daughter had issues with a man in prison for 7.5 yrs. for beating her and injuring her then 11 month old. He filed a petition for visitation with her then 3 year old. We tried to handle it ourselves with forms downloaded from the court. We discovered he is not the biological father, and we thought it was over, because he is not dad. The State of Arizona had different ideas and granted video visitation. We were devastated, and unable to navigate the family law process. Luckily we found Peter Davis. He immediately went to work with his knowledge and expertise, and the court reversed the visitation order. Then came juvenile court to severe parental rights, as he was in prison. Peter helped us get through the process, which we could not have done without him. The issues were complex and unusual, and he handled everything with ease. I was a single father of a 7 year old son enjoying 50% involvement in his life; Our bond was amazing and admired by many. In 2019 I was blindsided by a court order from my sons mother attempting to modify the order to sole custody based on frivolous accusations of child abuse and neglect. The allegations were so outlandish and absurd I didn't think they would hold up much after I explained the relationship my son and I had. I thought I could handle with the appeal with a "cheaper" attorney and it would be all over. I was then ordered to 5 hours a week of supervised visits for three months until the trial. This was insane and I knew I needed an experienced Attorney with a passion for parents in my same position and who would be a "bulldog" in court and fight like hell for what was right. Deborah Levine was the perfect Attorney for the job. There was no way she was going to let the other attorney push her agenda (mothers agenda) on me. Debbie knew what was right and what I deserved.

Kevin and his team were so amazing. He really takes his time and cares. He helps you understand everything thoroughly and the process. He is always positive which helped me stay positive I’m honestly happy I found out about his office and chose him to represent me. I will recommend him to everyone going through a divorce.

Wendy the phone receptionist gave me legal advice. I asked if she was an attorney and she said no. I told her that the information she gave me was not correct and I asked to talk to an attorney and she said “I’ve been doing this for 10 years and I know what I’m talking about.” I asked to talk to an attorney as she is not an attorney, and she hung up on me. When I called back to asked to talk to her supervisor, she said she’s not going to get a supervisor and that my number is now blocked. Never got to talk to one of thei attorneys so 2 stars for Wendy. Buyer beware. Nothing like their online advertising. I do not recommend you contact this firm based upon my experience.

Pamela Allen was my wife’s attorney during our divorce, and based on my experience, her conduct was deeply troubling. Rather than working toward resolutions that would have served the best interests of the family, her actions appeared designed to escalate conflict, prolong litigation, and drive up fees. Throughout the case, her behavior felt self-serving and adversarial for the sake of billing, not progress. Matters that could have been resolved reasonably were instead inflamed, creating unnecessary stress, delay, and financial harm. At one point, communications and actions taken on her behalf crossed a line that I personally perceived as coercive and threatening. The situation escalated to the point where I felt compelled to file a police report to protect myself. No one going through an already painful divorce should have to experience that. The case overall felt crooked, unethical, and wildly imbalanced. Communication was poor, and accountability was nonexistent. A zero star…

I retained this lawyer from an Illinois firm for a complex divorce involving substantial assets, financial irregularities, and safety concerns. My experience with the representation was extremely disappointing, and I feel it is important to share so others can make informed decisions. Key concerns during my case included: Missed discovery deadlines and a delay of about three months before my discovery responses were sent to opposing counsel. No timely financial investigation, even after I provided early documentation of serious discrepancies and missing records, and needed subpoenas and motions were not pursued with urgency. Long stretches with no communication or updates, including during critical phases of the case. Allowed false income claim narratives to survive without pushback, setting a tone of my own financial dishonesty. The results of the case was financial devestation for my children and myself, having had no defence against financial fraud.

I contacted this Law Group due to my ex-husband keeping our son. When I was able to go to court, with an attorney financially, I contacted this group due to the great reviews. I did not experience this compassion and professionalism they dote on. They changed my attorney in the middle of my case without my consent or consideration. They did not communicate, or send information, to me via email or personally; they chose what they would send. Discoveries were not adhered to because I was not informed. They also stated not to follow the T.I.'s recommendations; I know now that this was wrong. When I contacted them, they were happy to take my money and give a placid response each time I spoke with "my attorney." They treated me as a "mental case" and did not assist me in a professional or personal manner. I DO NOT recommend this law firm. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Find someone with compassion and a sense of duty. This is not the one. I hope this helps someone.
