Ms Brandy Ramsay

We would recommend Ms. Ramsay's services very highly. She got right to work on our case and was very thorough. She was very well-prepared in court and did an excellent job representing us.

After being exposed to a friends nightmare experience with a different Phoenix attorney I was expecting the same when I found myself needing representation. I expressed my apprehension to seek counsel to another friend who referred me to Brandy Ramsay.I respected his direction and must admit I was surprised and pleased at Ms. Ramsay's performance. Her pro-active approach to my case kept me in the drivers seat throughout. It was resolved quickly and professionally resulting in a reasonable fee.

I had worked with a few different attorneys on our case until we found Brandy. She was intelligent, communicated well and clearly understood the situation, resulting in her providing sound legal advise. I worked with her for several years on a case and I can say I'm very impressed. Her background in psychology and strong relationships within the legal community helped us achieve our goals. I would highly recommend Brandy and have in fact done so.

I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Ramsey. In the two years that we have been working with her, she has really worked to lead us through some complicated legal issues. She's very responsive to our questions and desires, and really helped us to be comfortable with a very difficult process.

What I liked best about Brandy was she was straight forward about issues concerning our case. She also worked with us to help keep our attorney fees down without compromising what was in the best interest of our case. We retained her twice within the last 5 yrs, and each time she was successful in getting us what we needed.

When I first went to Cantor Simon for my initial interview Craig J. Simon estimated the cost would be $5,000.00 to $7,000.00, upon meeting with my attorney, Brandy M. Ramsay, I was told it could cost as much at $11,000.00. My divorce had its final court date on October 9th, 2009 my cost to date is over $33,000.00 3000% more that what I was quoted and my lawyer, Brandy M. Ramsay, refuses to finish the final decree because she says that she requires another retainer.

I had a similar experience to the person who commented on how rude she was. She's abrasive and unsympathetic. My case did not end well. All communication had to go through her paralegal, she was not easy to get in touch with. I felt like she worked for the other attorney. At one point I was told by her that I wanted reimbursement from the other party and her words to me were.."he said you won't get it". She was referring to the opposing attorney. When all said and done I reached out to other attorneys after dealing with her and it seems as though her reputation precedes her. I was told "in no uncertain terms" that I should go to the bar and they are amazed she's gotten away with it this long. DO NOT USE HER SHE'S AN AWFUL PERSON AND ATTORNEY.

I hired Cantor Law in regards to a Family law matter. The first lawyer I had here was fired a week after I had been assigned to her, the next lawyer I had but for 2 weeks when she was also fired and then I was assigned to one Brandy Ramsay, one of the rudest, most insensitive lawyers I have ever dealt with. This law firm has charged me over 3k, I have been dealing with them for maybe 1 month with nothing to show, no resolution and more and more bills. I would never EVER recommend this firm.

DO NOT hire this attorney. Although, I was originally told that someone else from her firm was going to represent me, they ended up assigning me to Ms. Ramsay. She didn't familiarize herself with my case and failed to provide even adequate representation in court. She actually told me to agree to unsafe supervisor (in a whisper in court). She was inexperienced, unprofessional and over-priced. I ended up obtaining sole custody pro per, after the time and money to fix the damage she did.
