There were 2 negative reviews on google about this attorney about not returning phone calls. They have an answering service/ call center than answered me at 6 pm to take down my case information. So the next day I call in and shortly after Robert Dawson calls me and asks me about my case and said I have proof and then Robert Dawson says that they are a small law firm and they had a high caseload. I would understand if the firm turned down my case on its merits but the excuse that they had a small firm and high caseload was dwarfed by the call center/ intake staff that they have taking case info after hours. Their firm is big enough to support call center/ Intake staff that take calls after hours but small enough they can’t take my case, it’s an excuse. I would not call this firm for your case needs as according to Robert Dawson they are a small firm with a high caseload. Chances are they won’t take your case.
