Hired Law Firm

Had what should have been a clear cut personal injury case (dog bite with recording of event, hospital visit, etc). 18 months after the injury, they tell me they're dropping me as a client with no warning or explanation, and that there's a two year statute of limitations on filing suit, i.e. I have to get a new attorney right away. Bad. Do not give them business.

Hired Law Firm

I hired Jared Aldinger for my child custody/child support case in Feb. of 2017. Jared Adinger did not show up for the motion to sign hearing that was scheduled in Mid July. This left me behind in my child support because I was not notified that my support had nearly doubled. 2) Jared did not provide opposing council with the financials that were gathered during Discovery. He was unresponsive, clueless, and did not care about my needs. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
