Mr Brodrick was my lawyer for a 2 year child custody case and worked with me very well. He knows what he’s doing and is a professional! I had a hard case with complications and in the end i received sole custody of my child. I definitely recommend him! I am glad that I chose him for my case!
The man came to court completely unprepared twice. The Family Court magistrate rescheduled each time. He still billed me. He is 93 years old and seems to be suffering from some type of disorder. He looked like a deer in the road blinded by headlights when the Magistrate asked him 3 times why I wasn’t working. I answered and he allowed the Magistate to have me removed from the room. He could have easily asked me why I wasn’t working and that would have resolved the tension. The money I spent on him was a complete waste. By suggestion to anyone considering hiring him is run! Find another lawyer that can come prepared to court and is capable of defending your case when put under pressure!
This attorney is completely ineffective, unprofessional and, in my opinion, his actions bordered on malpractice. He is inept and uncooperative and appears to only be concerned with billable hours.
