Mr. Roberts was a partner in a major Suffolk County law firm until 1997, when he established his own practice concentrating in matrimonial law and family law. He has over 40 years of experience in family law and matrimonial law. Mr. Roberts emphasizes a team approach on each legal matter working with Debbie Eisenstadt, a certified paralegal, who has been with him since 1997. Mr. Roberts volunteers his time addressing divorce support groups. His firm serves all of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan.

Hired Attorney Marc W. Roberts

Besides being a brilliant strategist with savvy business acumen, Marc was able to empathetically walk me through every step of the divorce process when I felt like my world was out of control. He always picked up the phone, and took the time to empathetically explain to me exactly what was going on. Marc holds a high standard of quality and he and his team are as tough as nails. He was also more than fair with his fees. I wholly recommend Marc Roberts and trust him with any legal issue.

Hired Attorney Marc W. Roberts

If you have this money, hire the guy. Him and his legal assistant Debbie are very knowledgeable and more importantly, competent. As the old adage goes, two heads are better than one. They did attempt to work with me financially by having his legal assistant do the bulk of the pricing. But even with that they were severely overpriced. Furthermore I'm sure the location had a lot to do with it. But as stated if you have money, there are none better, in my eyes.
