It started out with a DUI, failure to maintain a lane and prescription pills out of the container. All misdemeanors. Nearly a year later I received news that they raised the charge, prescription pills out of the container, to possession of narcotics, which is a felony. I needed the best lawyer and I needed him now! I searched and read reviews for hours and I found Jeffery Talley. Immediately called and then met with him. He made no promises but only told me facts which is unlike other attorneys who promise you the world for a paycheck. He did promise me one thing, that would not take my money unless he knew there was opportunity and he would work hard to make the best of it. He absolutely worked hard and with knowledge and got the feeling completely dismissed along with failure to maintain a lane. I served no jail time and only some probation and community service. I couldn’t have found a better attorney. If you need an attorney you better get this guy. Thanks Jeffery!
