One of the most knowledgeable and smart attorneys my husband and I ever came across. Everytime we used him through the years he was most kind when we were stressed and I might add, he won all the cases. That means a lot when we were up against some real rattlesnakes.

While in mediation in separate rooms from my ex, James would not deliver an important request from me to my ex. James was supposed to be neutral but denied this, stating that he could not go over and ask for attorney's fees to be paid by my ex. This cost me a lot of money and was unjust; his denial of this request was shocking while supposedly being "neutral". My ex even told me afterward he was surprised I did not ask him to pay attorney's fees, of which he was going to pay.
All this Lawyer was interested in was the money I have been on both sides of Mr. Marlow. And I would NEVER EVER hire him. Since I have dealt with him, he has been arrested twice. The first time I was a landlord and I received a letter through him from my Tennant about removing a political sign I had placed on the property of a building I owned. The second time I was the member of a community group and the group recommended Mr. Marlow at the time his name did not ring a bell to me his up-front retainer was $ 10,000 and I thought it was high for the work we were needing done. I simply cannot recommend him
I would never use this firm again. Terrible Lawyers...All they care about the money.. I would never refer them
