Tracey was absolutely incredible! She was very knowledgeable and understanding. She knew exactly how we needed to proceed in order to get a fair judgement. And that is exactly what happened. After multiple failed attempts with different lawyers in the past, Tracey helped us through pretty difficult custody issues and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.
In September 2023, Tracey was retained/hired for a time-sharing modification & child support. Seven months later, Tracey has failed to meet any expectations! Small claims filed & a long list of poor reviews reveal a common denominator amongst claimants, the pattern of abuse and incompetence apparent. Neglecting scheduled meeting attendance; failing to advise/obtain consent (unilateral decision-making) when rescheduling critical hearings; Inappropriate language towards client; Demanding correspondence be limited to email or text; Errors in legal documentation showing incompetence & lack of preparation; Demanding her client do the “legwork” in obtaining documentation, she or her useless paralegal could easily gather; Non-Disclosure of Conflict of Interest & Representation Despite Known Conflict of Interests; Violating confidentiality via email with a third party. Call the Florida Bar Association @ 850-561-5600 for a referral and stay clear of Tracey Carlisle!
There is no level of professionalism while dealing with Ms. Carlisle. She agreed to take my difficult case based on a referral from a highly respected lawyer within the Gainesville area. I had to constantly call her office and was "greeted" with rude and incapable staff members. Once meeting Ms. Carlisle, she was unable to stay focused and answer my questions. After months of checking in with her office concerning updates for my case, i had to give up. I would never recommend her.
Although documentation fully supports what I want to say (i.e., the truth) about Tracey Darr Carlisle and her paralegal Allie Rose Stevens, you surely wouldn't publish my review.
Suffice to say, I don't know how they live with themselves.
Very poor service!! In the last year and a half this entire office has only returned my calls twice. Because of Tracey Darr I lost my child support modification case because she never followed up and did her job. She did not even go to court with me one. She told her office to tell me that I could handle that particular court date on my own. You get what you pay for.
