Good friends of ours highly recommended David Menet and initially it was difficult to get in contact - but it was WELL worth it. First, he is very personable - a good, honest guy. Second, once he was on our team, he was VERY responsive and helpful. Third, he is extremely knowledgeable about the law and very creative in coming up with solutions. Fourth, he found several potential pitfall items (this alone was worth the price of admission) that we were able to sidestep. Finally, it was the smoothest close I’ve attended. He clearly had been over the paperwork and numbers several times, knowing them like the back of his hand. No surprises, just excellent explanation at the perfect speed (neither too fast nor too slow) and clearly watching to see if we understood or had any questions. I kid you not, it was enjoyable. He even went out of his way during the close to answer some house-related renovation questions. Absolutely strongly recommend, want him on our team for our next purchase.
