All four partners are Board Certified in Construction Law.

The Florida Bar has created a separate standard beyond the general practice attorney called "certification". The Florida Supreme Court has passed rules allowing for certification in Construction Law. After at least five year of practice, devoting a substantial amount of efforts to nothing but construction-related matters, some attorneys are allowed to petition for status as being Board Certified in Construction Law. "Time-in-grade" is not enough; among other requirements, attorneys must have at least five independent attorneys vouch for their ability and knowledge of Construction Law and ethical behavior.

NPWC is a true partnership. There is no fee-splitting or sharing. If one lawyer needs the advice or assistance of another they simply ask for it with no fear that "their client" will be "taken" by another lawyer in the firm.

There is a free flow of information and strategy which ensures that you get the full benefit of all the knowledge and experience of every Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in our firm. When you are our client- you can rest assured you are getting the benefit of everyone's knowledge and skill.

Hired Attorney Don Niesen

I've never said this about a lawyer before... Don was great to work with! He communicated his strategy up front and kept us in communication the whole way. The other great benefit is that he spoke in plain language (most lawyers make the mistake of speaking in legal language so that you have no idea what they are talking about). However when speaking with opposing counsel he was well versed in the legal language and often predicted what their next move was, which saved us time and money.

Hired Attorney Don Niesen

Don consistently provided us with excellent advice that was always directed towards the best resolution to our problems. He kept us well informed during the dispute process, he was quick in his responses to our requests and inquiries, and he was very comforting and supportive during a very stressful time. Our case was resolved outside of court, not in small part due to the fact that Don is an expert in conflict resolution. We cannot thank Don enough for his professional and legal guidance.
