My rights were taken away for possession of medication without proof of prescription. After my conviction I was prescribed the exact same thing in question. I have a history of anxiety and panic attacks. Previous prescriptions of similar medication. This was obviously never brought up in my defense. He did absolutely nothing but take my money. They took away my license so I was forced to ride a bycical in 100 degree weather.. anyone that's what very had to go ride 5miles on a bike knows staying hydrated is a necessity. I was accused of diluting my urine prior to my monthly appointment with my probation officer. He stood by silently as the judge threatened jail time if I didn't admit guilt to something I did not do. He didn't offer guidance as to my plea.. he just stood there while I was shaking uncontrollably due toy panic attacks... clear and obviously evidence. Thanks for nothing Mr. Finesilver.
