I would not reccomend this law firm to handle closings. They messed up my closing by providing the INCORRECT property tax ID to the County Tax Office and subsequently the taxes were not paid to the propert we were closing on. THe closing of the property originally took about 4hours also- because they had to keep changing the figures on the closing statement several times. Several months after the closing- they called to say I would have to pay taxes on the property because they paid the wrong property taxes, and ask me to come up with $2000+. My realtor and I was very upset. I do not know how they handle other law business, but would not reccomend them for Real Estate closings!!
