Evan Gardiner and the entire smith and eulo law firm, are so unprofessional. They charged me $5000 and said they would began working on the case. If I could put zero stars I would. MY KIDS juvenile officer was waiting for the attorney to attend court to get my kids released. This attorney has terrible communication, they said they were working on the case and they were also supposed to like I said attend court. No one attended, they left my kids alone without representation when I already paid them. Which is why I’m going to report them, so I can get ALL my money back. It’s all their fault that my kids are still in this situation difficult. I have witnesses and proof from the detention center , where they showed me that the attorney NEVER worked on the case. This has caused my kids extreme terrible mental state because of the attorney negligence. I don’t recommend this law firm, nor attorney
I fell for a bait-and-switch scam. My son was unconscious in the vehicle with a passenger. A good samaritan called 911. My son was given a DUI. The law firm's ad stated that they are in Orlando, Fl. After I paying $3500, we were told Mr. Gardener, here in Ocala would be his attorney. We reported that there were descrepencies in the police report, affidavit, daily. We were not allowed to view the video to the fullest with Alex, the Gainesville attorney, after Mr. Gardener was allegedly (not true) fired. I continued to email the Smith & Eulo firm, but received no response. Mr. Gardiner illegally took my son to court for a Motion to Withdraw hearing on 12/11. My son was forced to represent himself on 12/16, and was forced sign a plea deal, 6 days before the court hearing. I could not afford to hire another attorney. My son will owe over $3000 in court/probation fees, and Smith & Eulo Law firm refuse to refund my $3500. I fell for this bait-and-switch scam, and ruined my son's life.
