Working with Amy was a huge disappointment. The retainer fee was 2,000. I could have just represented myself and got the same exact results. Amy barely spoke with me and there was a time she never returned my phone call. At the first court date I barely got to speak with her. Amy told me if I tried to go to trail most likely I won’t win. So I had to end up complying with an order I didn’t even agree to. I now have to take alcohol classes pay so much money and I’m not even a alcoholic. Amy did a very poor job, my son now is with his father even though I was the one who had been easing him since birth and am a great mother. I left my ex so we can have a better life and because he filed first I had to give him to his father. My ex lied so much in his order about me. Also after I reached out to Amy after my court date through email, I was emailed back saying I would have to pay an additional 1000$, just to speak with her again. A huge waste of money, I would never recommend Amy to anyone.

Bad Faith Insurance Litigation –
Instrumental in obtaining indemnification of over $350,000.00 for client where client's insurance company had denied the request to indemnify by client's four prior attorneys.
Judgment Enforcement –
Obtained “no-knock” warrants directing sheriff to break
enter commercial business for seizure of private property in order to satisfy 6-digit judgment.
