i found him to be attentive, kind and knowledgeable in all areas of estate planning. i especially appreciated his discretionary handling of my personal fees. an extremely compassionate and attentive to detail. i would heartily recommend him.
Mr. Sheffield takes the necessary time to explain important details so the average person can easily understand how and when things need to be done.
This man’s integrity is in question. He was hired to be the trustee for a special needs trust and all I can say is, we regret this decision to this day Look past the facade is all I can say.
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had reservations when his office was assigned as administrator to the estate of my father. He promised he would communicate and honor the wishes of all of us when my attorney agreed on my behalf. Only wishes of 1 of the 4 beneficiaries were honored. It was supposed to be an equal distribution, but he favored 1 of the beneficiaries who was represented by one of his friends. The other 3 of us were shorted by thousands and were not consulted when a property that had been in our family since childhood was able to be leased by one of the beneficiaries without our consent. Furthermore, he paid one of the other beneficiaries thousands more than the other 3 of us and left keys to another property without consent. This is the epitome of incompetence.
