About Malorie A. Carbone

The majority of my practice is divorce and family law.  I try to make what is usually a very difficult and emotional time for most of my clients as easy as possible.  We have a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere at our office and I think that helps to put everyone at ease.    I also represent several small business and understand that when representing them the course of action has to be economical and efficient.   I do not believe that long protracted litigation benefits anyone but when a fight is needed I can scrap with the best of them.

I hired Ms. Carbone on the recommendation of a friend. What should have been an easy case became a very difficult and emotional one. Ms. Carbone was always available, in constant contact with me via phone, email and text. Ms. Carbone was on point and with me every step of the way! She handled all matters with the utmost expertise and poise. Ms. Carbone's knowledge of the law is amazing and what she said she would fight for me to receive, I did indeed receive. She made it happen. I would recommend Ms. Carbone to everyone wanting the best lawyer.

Malorie was asked to represent my mother on a Monday, with a custody trial set for that Thursday. In less than two full days to prepare, she not only got up to speed on the case, she was outstanding in the court room. Her ability to ask the right questions with so little time to prepare was truly exceptional service. We are grateful for her help.

Interviewed with other attorneys prior to Ms. Carbone and was disappointed with all. During my first visit with Malorie I was immediately impressed and felt at ease right away. They all took such good care of me professionally and emotionally through a terrible time in my life. Would and have recommended Malorie many times.

Ms. Carbone handled my divorce case, which was quite rancorous as my ex-spouse sought to make it so. Ms. Carbone did an excellent job handling a difficult case with international aspects and helped me a reach a reasonable settlement. Ms. Carbone's expertise is in the law and utilizing it well for her clients. She does not seek to be an emotional counselor, which is exactly as it should be.
