Zoe Meigs helped me gain/retain custody of my child,and as a father,in the state of Texas, this is nothing short of amazing. Sadly, there are many fathers, whom might believe, that "custodial guardian" is not possible and do not seek it, due to prevailing myths like, "The mother always gets custody...Texas courts are against a father's rights...etc,etc,ad nauseam.". The thing I liked most about Zoe was she valued that time was money and did not attempt to drag out my case or "pad the bill" by taking longer than necessary to complete tasks. I watched the opposing council do this and it was very frustrating. She was always honest about estimating what various strategies would cost and whether it was worth spending the money to go that direction. In my opinion, this is very honest and very ethical and a quality that not many lawyers have.
