TexasThis lawyer accepted our consultation and we paid her the fee. During that consultation she assured us she would accept our case. We also went over and we as the clients offered IN THE MEETING to pay more and she said we did not have to. Now that we are ready to begin our case we get a nasty email saying we did not pay more for the consultation and that she no longer would take our case. She took our consultation just to get the $150. That is fraud.
