I don't know if your the lawyer/public defender that was assigned to my husband whose still sitting in dekalb county jail. You didnt do what u and him agreed on. And he's been trying to get ahold of you and you haven't returned any phone calls or letters back to my husband. He really needs to get with you. So hes upset. And is telling me to try and get ahold of you since u won't meet with him or return any letters back.

I need a itemized statement of services rendered from you. You've been reported to the Indiana Supreme Court disciplinary commission for unethical treatment of my case clerk Nordmann. We will see what the commission says about you telling me on 3 occasions you were friends with the prosecutor's and told me i didn't need doctor's recommendations as it pertains to sentencing. You have no business practicing private defense law. Your too busy and worried about your public defender cases in Dekalb County. You shouldn't have took my money if you didn't have time for my case. awful!! just awful... makes promises-- says he will follow up-- never does. said he was getting an extension... never communicated after he submitted paperwork. awful lawyer. do not hire him. he will drop the ball on everything. his communication is the worst. just overall bad person.

He may promise much but will not fight for you in court even with strong evidence available against allegations stated by the opposing party. He will make disrespectful comments to you that you are emotional if you dont go with his advice. His promises will prove futile and you'll lose your family you worked so hard for due to his sympathy for the opposing male party even if you have been abused by the oppossing party. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ATTORNEY for family or criminal law.

His personality changed after I paid him $5,000.00 he always made me feel rushed and as if he could care less about me or my case.He didn't know the other guy involved in my case got his charges dropped. When I asked him did you read the letter I wrote explaining what happened he replied Uuhm I think so. He tried to get me to take a terrible plea bargain when I told him it was an awful plea he replied you are crazy! Very unprofessional.

He quoted a retainer. Which was paid. I began making monthly payments of $250.00. He told Me he needed more money to continue to represent me, because those payments to him, were like "Working for Pennies on the dollar"! RUDE
