Hired Attorney Brandon Hale Esq.

Working with Mr.Hale was a great experience. Being a non resident of Florida. I needed to research lawyers in the area, which we know can be a challenge. I was so grateful to find him. He was very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. We communicated by phone, texts and email. He was diligent and met all our needs. He certainly built a trust with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He truly cares about his clients. I would definately hire him again.

Hired Attorney Brandon Hale Esq.

Working with Mr. Hale was a great experience. I needed someone who was easy to work with given my busy work schedule. This lawyer was very flexible with coordinating meeting times. He made it trouble free to communicate via email and phone calls. I quickly gained trust and valued all the advice he provided to me which solved the case. I have been extremely happy with my overall experience and would definitely hire Mr. Hale again.

I want to thank Attorney Brandon Hale for the outstanding legal services he provided to my family and me in helping to resolve a case related to our seeking guardianship of an ill family member. I was impressed with how he directed the issue, supported the family, and advised us in dealing with this sensitive matter. His knowledge of Guardianship and Eldercare Law is outstanding- and we relied heavily on his expertise in helping define how best to manage discussions in the Courts. He was thorough and skillful in getting our case before the courts. He promptly and respectfully followed up on administrative and legal matters with us and others testifying related to the case. Because of his skills and knowledge in this field of law, we resolved the issue as the family had hoped, expeditiously. We are incredibly grateful to Attorney Hale. We could not have resolved the matter as successfully as it was done- had it not been for him. Job Well Done!

Hired Attorney Richard V. Neill Jr.

I had reached out to Attorney Neill Jr. May 9th 2022 and I think and believe I was able to talk with him on the first call. He definitely listened to my situation and he wasn’t quick to decline and he wanted to look further into my situation. So just today May 12th I got the call that of course he has to decline it because of me being in a further County mainly which was understandable but you know I still had another change to talk with him again and he yet again had care and spent time to talk with me. Which most attorneys wouldn’t have done what he done but for him to take time out of his busy schedule and talk further with me even when he couldn’t take on my case it just made me happy and I definitely can say he is a very caring man as well I say his father definitely raised him right. I definitely wish both of them and the future of their firm the best.

Hired Attorney Ian Osking

Ian Osking is both personable and professional. He handled all aspects of the sale of our house for us which we sold "By Owner". He told us what the entire sale process involved and the costs we should expect. He gave us good advice about our options, created a draft sales contract for us, reviewed and critiqued an offer contract, worked well with the buyer's agent, created the documents that were required for us to provide as sellers, and efficiently handled the sale closing. We highly recommend Mr. Osking and his associates to handle real estate matters, and based on our experience we expect that they would be equally competent in any other legal situations they undertake.

After receiving a reference for an attorney that had since retired, Mr. Osking was retained for a house sale. I am not normally one to leave a review for anything, I was impressed by Mr. Osking's attention to detail in writing the contract and asking many pertinent questions as well as being responsive to questions and changes being made. From contract to closing it was completely seamless. Excellent!
