Hired Attorney

Stultz was my divorce and custody attorney. He failed me in many ways during the case and was not aggressive at all. He had a case laying in his lap that should have been shut door easy. My ex is diagnosed with mental illnesses that are on paper and we have documented abuse against my kids. After my case was over, he has custody and I have every other weekend. Stultz did not acquire and use his medical records as I requested multiple times over a 3-year period. He also did not advise me properly on using recorded phone calls in court and got me in trouble. I paid for an attorney who did not advise me but rather sat back and let things play out. He was not a fighter and did not have my best interest at heart. I even went as far as to write him out a play by play for court. I had a 3” 3-ring binder full of photos and evidence for my case. It seemed like he would wait til the day of court and throw together a half haphazard “plan”.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
