ust a quick note to express many thanks to Kevin, Lisa and the team at Jursinski & Assoc. I was less than a week away from closing on a property when some serious complications on the seller's side looked to impede the sale. There were issues raised due to the nature of the sale that would not have been able to be resolved by my out of state Attorney. My Realtor referred me directly to this firm and Kevin took my call personally and immediately began assessing the situation and the options we had available to us to make sure that clear title would be able to be delivered at the closing. Both Kevin and Lisa kept me up to date on the necessary steps to resolve this from the seller's standpoint and also made sure that the seller and their attorney understood exactly what needed to happen, if they were truly looking for ways to make this work. This was true with multiple phone calls and e-mail exchanges, up to and even on the day of the closing. Many thanks for a job well done!
