He listens, takes the time to understand and finds a pragmatic way to address and resolve the issue. Not only is he my attorney, but he has now become a dear friend. If I could give Mr. Epstein 10 stars, I definitely would. This is how impressed we were with his professionalism, responsiveness, objectiveness, and integrity. We contacted Mr. Epstein to get legal advice about a reroofing job done at our residence. He contacted us in less than 10 hours. Mr. Epstein listened to all our issues, dedicated a good amount of time reviewing documents, photographs, inquiring and investigating the issues, and providing legal advice. He also contacted a trusting roofing company to provide answers to all our issues. Mr. Epstein clarified, explained everything to us, and provided clear legal advice. He made us understand all the pros and cons of the situation, and he made us aware of all our options. Mr. Epstein is not only an excellent lawyer, but also a very considerate and caring person. I have been emailing Mr. Epstein since last weekend about an eviction case and we have a infestation of rodents and I with held the rent because my landlord wouldn't do anything about it and he evicted us. Mr. Epstein was so very nice and helpful with everything and he went way beyond to give us information to try to help us out. I have never met an Attorney like him before. If anyone is looking for an exceptional attorney for landlord/ tenant rights Mr. Epstein would be the best attorney to retain. Hopefully I won't be in this kind of situation again but for some unknown reason I am he will be the first call I make. Thank You again for everything.

Andrew is the most knowledgeable attorney I have ever dealt with. He is personable, polite, quick and a great person to have work for you. I can guarantee he will answer your questions thoroughly and fast. I could not have gotten through my situation without him! I would highly recommend him. He could have easily turned my case down, he did not. He immediately phoned the company that I had the problem with and started to have the situation remedied. He is so incredibly intelligent, I was amazed and this comes from a mom whose daughter is in law school currently. Hire him, I can guarantee he will not disaapoint.
